Premium Short Term Finance

This short term loan is recommended to those of our clients who offer first mortgage security, and who require finance over a one to six month loan term.

Type First Mortgage
Security Residential, Commercial and Vacant Land
Location Metro NSW,VIC, QLD & SA
Loan Amount $30,000 to $2,000,000
Interest Payment Interest is capitalised for the loan term.
Application Fee 1% of the Loan Amount. Minimum fee $550
LVR Up to 70%, subject to exit strategy.
Legals From $990, including GST, plus stamp duty and disbursements.
Valuation Fee From $385
 Loan Term  1 – 12 months

 

Standard Short Term Finance

This short term loan is recommended to those of our clients who wish to retain their existing first mortgage, but require additional funding in excess of their current credit limits. The loan terms are available from a one to a six month period.

Loan Amount $30,000 to $500,000
Interest Payment Interest capitalised for the loan term.
Application Fee 1% of the Loan Amount. Minimum fee $550
LVR Up to 75%, subject to exit strategy.
Legals From $990, including GST, plus stamp duty and disbursements.
Valuation Fee From $385
 Loan Amount  1 – 12 months

 

Small Business Assistance Package

This short term loan is available to those of our clients who own small businesses and require a supplementary loan facility of up to twelve months. This loan typically assists with ongoing cash flow.

Type Caveat/General Security Agreement
Security Residential, Commercial and Vacant Land
Location Interest capitalised for the loan term.
Loan Amount $20,000 to $50,000
Rate The benchmark for competitve rates in the short term finance
Application fee $550 Flat Fee.
LVR Up to 75%.
Legals From $770, including GST, plus stamp duty and disbursements.
Valuation Fee From $385
Loan Term Up to 3 years.  Reviewed annually.
