Application is simple.

One of the Interim Finance team takes each client through the simple application process. In order to begin this, the following documentation is required:

• A completed Application Form, and a signed Privacy Agreement. These will provide the Interim Finance team with the relevant information to progress the loan application and Issue a Formal Letter of Offer.
• The client’s most recent Rates Notice, to confirm title particulars and payment status.
• The client’s first Mortgage Loan Statements, to evidence first mortgage liability and conduct.
• A realistic and detailed exit strategy. As a responsible lender, no loan will be approved by the Interim Finance team without evidence showing a clear and achievable repayment structure.
• One hundred points of Identification. These must be clear, and include at least one form of photographic identification.

Interim Finance strives to provide the best possible experience for our clients throughout the short term loan process; We therefore strictly adhere to all relevant Australian privacy laws. The Interim Finance team will only collect from our clients that information which is directly required for us to perform our activities.
